Labour's £200 energy bill pledge to over-75s
ROTHERHAM’S old folk could save up to £200 on their energy bills under Labour, says the party’s by-election candidate Sarah Champion.
Ms Champion says Labour’s pledge to guarantee that all over-75s are put on the cheapest energy tariff would help 6,000 older people in Rotherham.
She was joined yesterday to talk to Rotherham pensioners about rising fuel bills by Labour's Shadow Energy and Climate Change Secretary Caroline Flint.
