Big Slimming World Clothes Throw a huge success for Parkgate branch
SUPER slimmers usually more focused on shedding pounds turned their attention to piling up the pounds for a cancer charity with a huge collection of donations.
Slimming World invited members to bring along unwanted clothes and other items to the Parkgate branch of Cancer Research UK, as part of Big Slimming World Clothes Throw.
And they did themselves proud, handing over 430 bags of donations on the day, which could be worth up to £15,000 in income for the cancer charity.

Hide AdKerry Millson, consultant for the Parkgate group, said: “I am absolutely overwhelmed by the generosity of our members.
“Just speaking about it in group each week and encouraging them to have a look through their wardrobes has resulted in such an amazing collection.”
