Management team takes 15% stake in Stafforce

ENTREPRENEUR Nick Cragg is celebrating the partial management buy out of Stafforce Recruitment, the company which he founded 33 years ago in Rotherham.

Led by Ian Anderson, chief executive and Bruce Allen, finance director, the senior management team of Stafforce Recruitment now owns 15 per cent of the share holding of the business.

Stafforce, which was founded to provide jobs for Rotherham people, has grown beyond the Rotherham area and now has 11 high street branches around the country, the further afield being in South Wales.

Stafforce also works on-site with larger employers in Rotherham, including Stelrad Ideal and Garnett Dickinson.

Mr Allen said: “The business has been working towards this partial management buy-out for a couple of years now and the move supports our plans for growth and the strategic development of Stafforce.”

Mr Cragg said: “Today Stafforce is a national recruitment agency but our roots lie here in Rotherham and as a business we will continue to make a difference to our local community and find jobs for local people.

“There are exciting plans for the future and I look forward to being a part of them.”
