Lee's got a big idea for Grand Designs competition
ROTHERHAM gardening expert Lee Bestall will go head to head with two other hopefuls when he bids to win the Grand Designs Garden Designer of the Year award.
Lee and his rivals will have to design and build a garden in just three days as part of the Grand Designs Live exhibition which is at Birmingham’s NEC from October 12 to 14.
Lee, who won gold at the Harrogate Flower Show in April, said: “Grand Designs is my all time favourite TV show, so I can’t tell you how excited I am about getting this far in the competition.”
Lee's big idea for the competition is for a high-tech roof-top garden intended for a young, urban professional.
