Front and back doors of Canklow property torched
THE front and back doors of a property in Canklow were set alight on Sunday and thought to had been torched deliberately.
Firefighters from Rotherham, Parkway and Aston Park were called to the suspected house fire on Canklow Road, Canklow, at 4.09am.
They found the front and back doors of the property on fire, but nothing else, said a South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue spokesman.
The crew came away at 5.14am and is understood to had been started deliberately, he added.
