Two quizzed on sex assaults
TWO men were arrested after a serious sexual assault in a town centre street last week.
Police taped off an area of Wellgate close to the Hare and Hounds pub after the early hours incident on Thursday.
A spokeswoman said: “Two local men have been arrested and are assisting police with enquiries.”
Anyone with information about the incident should call 101 quoting incident 97 of June 6.
