Terror as woman dragged down road by car driver
The 32-year-old woman was walking along Oak Road, Mexborough, towards the junction with Wath Road at around 3.15pm on April 13.
When she reached the traffic lights a man in a small black car, queuing at the lights, pulled her towards the window of the car.

Hide AdThe driver of the hatchback started to drive off, while still holding onto the woman. She was dragged along Wath Road before he let go and she fell into the road.
The woman sustained bruising and grazing to her body.
Investigating officer PC Julie Fretwell said the incident did not appear to be a random act and appealed for information.
She said: “This was a busy junction on a Saturday afternoon, so I would have thought someone in the area at the time would have seen something.
“Fortunately the woman was not seriously injured, but this incident could have been much worse.”

Hide AdThe victim is described as white, with shoulder length brown hair and about 5ft 7ins.
She was wearing black jeans, a pink and white coat, with a grey fleece underneath and white trainers.
Police are appealing for anyone who saw the incident or have any information to call 101 quoting incident number 786 of April 13.
