Police response to Wath shooting 'unaffected by Manchester killings'

THE DETECTIVE leading the hunt for the gunman who shot 42-year old Tyrone Woodhead said that the recent tragic events in Greater Manchester did not affect their response.

Police were called to the delivery driver’s Doncaster Road home in Wath at 8.40pm on Friday after receiving reports of a gunshot.

Mr Woodhead was with family and friends when he answered a knock at the door and was shot once in the upper body.
