Police appeal for Wath pizza shop armed robbery witnesses

POLICE are seeking witnesses to a bank holiday armed robbery at a Wath pizza shop.

 

Three masked men entered Domino’s on Rotary Drive at around 12.25am on Monday.

They threatened staff with a crowbar before leaving with a quantity of cash. No-one was injured in the attack.

It is not known which way the three men went on leaving the shop.

Officers urge anyone near the takeaway at the time of the robbery to call them.

They particularly want to hear from witnesses who may have seen suspicious activity or a group of males near the shop.
