Man standing in front of his car stabbed - police after perpetrator

OFFICERS are appealing for witnesses and information following the stabbing of a man in Bramley.

South Yorkshire Police were contacted by Yorkshire Ambulance Service on November 14 at 3.15pm following reports of a man being stabbed on Flash Lane.

It is believed that a 41-year-old man was standing outside his car, a grey Mercedes 200 AMG, when he was approached by an unknown offender and stabbed with an unspecified weapon.

The victim was taken to hospital by ambulance and suffered non-life threatening wounds to his hands and back.

An investigation into the circumstances and to identify those involved is ongoing and anyone who witnessed the incident, or has information, is asked to report via our online portal or call 101 quoting incident number 578 of November 14, 2022.
