Car fires in Rother Valley
TWO cars were deliberately set on fire in the Rother Valley South during the weekend.
Maltby station attended the first incident at 11.30pm on Friday (22) evening.
The crew found a people carrier type vehicle completely burnt out on Elgar Drive in Maltby.
Firefighters were at the scene for half an hour.
In the early hours of Saturday morning (23) the same station attended Silverdales in Dinnington at 2.30am.
Firefighters said the car fire was out on arrival.
