Concern for missing Rotherham man

CONCERN is growing for the welfare of a 26-year-old man who went missing several weeks ago.

Hassan Siddique left his home on Broom Valley Road in the town centre at around 6pm on Saturday, March 8 after saying he was going to bed.

He is not thought to have any belongings on him and is known to frequent the Pitsmoor area of Sheffield.

Mr Siddique is around 5ft 8ins tall and of large build with black hair and a black beard.

He wears glasses and speaks with a Yorkshire accent.

When he was last seen, Mr Siddique was wearing beige trousers, a blue top and a black hooded puffa jacket.

Insp Matt Collings said: “While there have been some sporadic sightings of Mr Siddique in Sheffield in recent days, we are very keen to locate him and confirm he is safe and well.”

Anyone with any information on Mr Siddique's whereabouts should call South Yorkshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 303 of March 10, 2014.
