Community payback scheme celebrates 50th anniversary at Baker's Pond

COMMUNITY work carried out by offenders held to account in court was celebrated as the Community Payback scheme reached its golden anniversary.

Baker’s Pond at Kilnhurst is one of the locations which has had work undertaken by the Probation Service programme.
