Chamber of Commerce to hold annual exhibition

BUSINESSES are being urged to attend an event which could bring them new opportunities and contacts.

Barnsley and Rotherham Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual business to business exhibition on Thursday, September 15.

The event will take place at Barnsley FC's Oakwell Stadium from 9am to 3pm and more than 50 chamber members will be exhibiting in the Chamber of Commerce Legends Lounge and across the hospitality areas of the venue.

There will be free seminars in the Premier Lounge at various times throughout the day.

The event is being run in association with Barnsley College, Enterprising Barnsley and Segmentation Group.

Businesses will get the chance to meet with exhibitors, network with local firms and make new contacts.

Mark Hannigan, chamber operations manager, said: “The exhibition continues to go from strength to strength and gives business people the perfect opportunity to meet other businesses from the region and develop relationships.

“We would encourage all businesses within the City Region to come along for an hour or two. It’s free to attend and booking isn’t necessary.”

Exhibition space and event advertising is available to all chamber members.
