Celebration fun for members of Thorpe Hesley WI
MEMBERS of Thorpe Hesley Women’s Institiute had fun at a recent celebratory party.
The event was held in the main hall of the Trinity Centre to mark the centenary of the WI.
Sixty three ladies attended, including 20 guests from other WIs.
Tables were decorated in the 1920s style of black, white and silver with ostrich feathers and pearls.
Most of the ladies wore outfits that reflected the style of the era.
