Car wash plan for Liquid nightclub site
THE former site of Rotherham’s Liquid will be used as a car wash, under new plans.
Applicant Asghar Mehtab, of Parking Lots Ltd, wants temporary permission at Main Street for up to 24 months.
A spokesman said: “The usage is temporary until a suitable development is ready to proceed, so does not prejudice any long term development potential of the site.”
It would be open from 10am to 5pm ever day. A planning decision is expected in mid-December.
