FIREFIGHTERS put out a deliberate car fire on Main Street at Aughton on Saturday night.
One crew from Aston station attended at around 4.50am, leaving the scene at around 5.10am.
The burning vehicle was a Seat Leon. No injuries or other damage were reported.
