Busy crews tackle fire in chimney
FIRE crews had to tackle an unusual incident involving a chimney last night.
Firefighters from Dearne station attended an accidental chimney fire at 10.05pm on Jardine Street, Wombwell.
The crew came away at 11.15pm.
Rotherham firefighters were called out to a deliberate rubbish fire at 12.50am on Broom Valley Road, Broom Valley.
The crew left the scene at 1.15am.
