Burlesque beauty teasing her way to the top: PICTURES

ROTHERHAM tease Charlie Brookes is preparing to take part in the World Burlesque Games in London.

Charlie (27), who performs as Pinky Deville in the Velvet Burlesque professional troupe, will be assuming the character of the Gambling Woman, a Las Vegas casino punter, in the competition at London’s Bush Hall next week.

Her four-and-half minute act is to the accompaniment of music including Motown classic Money and a swing version of Motorhead’s The Ace of Spades.

The former Wickersley Comprehensive pupil, of Bawtry Road, Bramley, is assisted with her costumes by her mum, Barbara.
