Beavers’ seasonal celebration
BEAVER Scouts celebrated being awarded the highest honour for their age group with a visit from Santa.
Beavers and Scouts from the 6th Barnsley Goldthorpe Scout group welcomed Mr and Mrs Claus to a meeting where ten young members were presented with their Chief Scouts Bronze awards.
More than 40 members of the scout group took the chance to meet Santa at the meeting, which was also the group’s first anniversary celebration.
