Three fire crews from Dearne and Cudworth stations were called to Furlong Road at 9.40pm.

They spent more than an hour dealing with the incident.

Two fire crews from Elm Lane and Parkway stations went to a large bin fire on Sheffield Road at Tinsley at 2.40am today, and spent 40 minutes at the scene.

There were also deliberate fires last night involving grassland at 9.45pm on Sunningdale Road in Balby and a car on Lister Street, Clifton, at 11.45pm.
