Actresses with a real theatrical engagement

Crazy For You is the forthcoming production for Wickersley Musical Theatre Company at the Civic Theatre from February 28-March 5.

And all three female leads, Nicola Jeffs, Sally North and Kirsty Bennie are engaged.

Nicola who is playing Polly, the female lead, is getting married in May at Aston Hall.

Sally who plays Patsy—the comedy role dumb blonde—is getting married in Sorrento in Italy in August; and Kirsty, who is playing  Tessie, the dance captain in the show, is planning her wedding for next year.

She is also assistant choreographer for Crazy for You in real life alongside her mum

Dee Bennie-Marshall, who is the show’s director and choreographer.  

All three are trained dancers and between them they have performed with the Royal Ballet, Northern Ballet and on board cruise ships around the world and in America for Living TV.

Crazy For You is packed with memorable Gershwin songs including I Got Rhythm Embraceable You and Someone To Watch Over Me.

It’s a high energy comedy, which includes mistaken identity, plot twists, fabulous dance numbers and classic Gershwin music.

Wickersley Musical Theatre Company have supported the NSPCC now for many years and continue to do so.
