Rotherham care moans fall

Number of social care complaints falls.

COMPLAINTS about adult social care in Rotherham are down a third, latest figures have revealed.

The council directorate was subject to 113 complaints in the year ending March 2011, falling from 169 in the previous 12 months.

The number of grievances escalating to the second stage of the complaints procedure also dropped from 26 to 9.
