TWO keen young Rotherham boxers aim to grab a share of the limelight on a televised bill at the Magna Centre next month.

Kash Ali and Karl Bell, who both fight out of the renowned Ingle gym at Wincobank, are on the undercard of stablemate "Kid Galahad's" super bantamweight tear-up with former British and Commonwealth champion  and world title contenderJason Booth, to go out live on Channel 5.

Heavyweight Ali, from Eastwood, and cruiserweight Bell, from Brinsworth, will be gunning for second wins having both won their pro debuts.

Trainer John Ingle said: "This is a good show for Rotherham and it's a great stage for Kash and Karl to show what they can do.

"Kash has just been on a training camp with Kell Brook, our top fighter, in Fuerteventura and he's young enough to do well in the division. Karl is never out of the gym and also wants to impress. These lads are 100 per cent reliable and a pleasure to work with."

The show on Saturday, February 18, features eight or nine fights in all. Chris Eubank jnr, son of the former world champion Chris Eubank, is also on the bill.

For tickets, ring the Hennessy Sports box office on 01925 755222.
