Demolition under way at the former Rank Hovis building in Canklow.

DEMOLITION crews reduce Rotherham’s iconic Rank Hovis building to crumbs after 50 years.

The former flour mill at Canklow closed in 2008 and the interior was unsuitable for any other uses.

Redevelopment firm ASC described the 4.7 acre site as an ideal blank canvas for businesses looking to invest in Rotherham.
