MOTORISTS are being warned to expect delays in Maltby from next week, particularly along the A631 Rotherham Road.
From Monday, January 9, Addison Road - one of the town's busy bus routes is to be closed to all traffic to allow for a major £380,000 road repair scheme by Rotherham Borough Council.
The eight-week long closure will mean diversions will be in place via Cliff Hill and temporary traffic lights being set up at its junction with the A631 Rotherham Road.
As a result, motorists can expect delays at both the morning and evening rush hours.
