THE former tenants of a Mexborough tyre yard will be sentenced for environmental breaches today.
Tyre Trade UK owners David Squire and Jane Hopkins will re-appear at Sheffield Crown Court after previously admitting a number of charges relating to operating a facility without environmental permits and keeping controlled non-specific waste in a manner likely to cause pollution or harm to human health.
The charges relate to a site at a recycling depot on Whitelea Grove Trading Estate in Mexborough.
