Rotherham Council's proposals for traffic calming along Flash Lane were discussed and the Clerk presented his report.
The Parish Council confirmed that its expectation of Rotherham Council's 'Section 106 Agreement' with Ben Bailey Homes was specifically to provide a Zebra Crossing across Flash Lane.
Rotherham Council's intentions however are to ignore the agreement and instate
their own scheme. It was agreed that the Clerk should submit a formal objection to
Rotherham Council.
