A WOMAN has been arrested for outraging public decency after alleging indulging in sexual acts outside a council building.
The 28-year-old woman from Rotherham was arrested this week in connection with an incident reported in last week’s Advertiser in which a man and woman were allegedly seen involved in sexual acts outside Bailey House in the town centre.
A police spokeswoman said that the female suspect had been bailed pending further police enquiries.
A 36-year-old man, also from the local area, had earlier been arrested and bailed.
