Backward step? The burka.

Sir, Re the poll that you have been displaying recently about whether the burka should be banned or not.

I think the public have nailed this one right. So when will we stop seeing those dreadful garbs which are a safety hazard, security threat and a backward step to womens' rights?

    So, when will we see an end to the burka? It has no place in the UK of GB. Can any muslims explain why it should be worn? Can any muslims explain why they wont conform to the British way of life and forget their backward way of life?
