CHILDREN have been boosted in their efforts to spruce up the school library by a £500 cheque from their local Masonic Lodge.
Pupils at Ravenfield Primary School have taken a key role in the library’s refurbishment and even went on a fact finding mission to Wickersley Community Library.
The school’s young “reading agents” were given the task of re-stocking the library.
Deputy head teacher Catherine Irvine said that the school was grateful to the generosity of the Rotherwood Lodge 4392 branch of the Masonic Lodge for their kind donation.
