Spot a ghoul on the ghost trail

GHOSTS and ghouls are on the menu as a popular ghost walk returns to Rothrham town centre later this month.

Far Out Theatre will lead ghost trail, called It's a Scream, around Rotherham on Thursday, October 28, at 7pm. They will be highlighting the phantoms that have haunted the town over its 2,000 year history.

Starting at All Saints’ Square the terrifying tour will be taking in historic, haunting monuments including the Chapel on the Bridge, which is rumoured to have held Mary, Queen of Scots for a short while.

Tickets for the walk are on sale now from Rotherham Visitor Centre priced at £5 (concessions £3) and those taking part are encouraged to wear fancy dress.
