Ben Loy, who is playing Tick, has 31 costume changes to tackle, Matthew Roddis as Felicia has 25 and Ashley Booker, who is playing Bernadette, has 14.

It is Rotherham Musical Theatre Company's most expensive and daring production yet.

Each actor will be assisted backstage by two people who will help get them in and out of their outfits, which have been shipped in from St Helens.

Priscilla Queen of the Desert is the heart-warming and uplifting tale of three friends who travel across the desert to perform their unique style of cabaret.
