Marquis Bowling Club, Rawmarsh

Has been running for around 40 years. Members meet 2/3 times a year in the pavilion behind the Marquis pub, Low Stubbin, Rawmarsh S62 7RX. Full membership £50 for the year, which includes full use of the pavilion facilities and taking part in competitions. Subscriptions will be payable at the meeting in March. Membership has increased to 25 members and Clarkes Funeral Director of Rawmarsh has offered sponsorship for the purchase of polo shirts for members. Anyone who would like free tuition, a taster session, to play the occasional game or join the club is asked to contact Mr Birch 0114 245 3669.
