All aboard for canal trips

BOAT trips are on offer over the Easter weekend on the Chesterfield Canal Trust’s trip boat Seth Ellis.

The boat will be running trips from Kiveton Park on Saturday, April 23, Sunday, April 24, and Monday, April 25.

The return trips last two-and-a-half hours and will leave at 10am, 1pm and 4pm.

Tickets cost £10 and bookings must be made in advance. For information and bookings, email [email protected] or telephone 01246 280660.

    On Thursday, April 21, and Good Friday the crew will be taking Seth Ellis to Kiveton Park from its base at Retford and they will be returning on Tuesday, April 26, and Wednesday, April 27.

    People can take a one-way trip on any of these days, using the same contact details as above.
