500 scooter enthusiasts in Rotherham rally
FIVE hundred scooter riders will be converging on Rotherham's Simply Skate Arena later this month.
Members of scooter clubs from all over South Yorkshire will meet at the arena in Chesterton Road, Eastwood, before setting off in a convoy to ride to Sheffield.
Among them will be the Seven Hills Scooter Club, whose members ride vintage Vespas and Lambrettas.
The riders will be showing off their machines from 11am on September 26, before setting off for Sheffield at 1pm.
