School closed due to fire alarm issues
YOUNGSTERS in Maltby face an extension to their Christmas break after their school was forced to close today (Monday, January 4).
Rotherham Borough Council said Maltby Crags Community School was closed for the day to due issues with its fire alarm.
A spokesman said engineers are looking to fix the problem as soon as possible.
