Morrisons wins permission for Catcliffe properties

MORRISONS has been granted permission for 89 properties near its supermarket at Catcliffe.

More than half of the homes will be three bedrooms and the estate will be accessed from Sheffield Lane.

The area neighbours the site of Network Space’s application for 64 homes off Blue Man’s Way, which was rejected in February.

Morrisons said its proposal had been more favourably received by the public, with most responses to consultation being positive.
