Millers odds-on to stay up say bookies

THE bookies are backing the Millers to stay up in the Championship – saying Neil Warnock’s men are now odds-on to survive.

Rotherham gave their chances of Championship survival a massive boost, turning over title favourites Middlesbrough 1-0 at the New York Stadium in midweek following the victory at Hillsborough.

And it’s gone down well with BetVictor. The Millers are now 10/11 with BetVictor to be playing Championship football next term after they moved to within a solitary point of safety at the foot of the table.

Bolton and Charlton remain 1/50 to go down while MK Dons are 6/4, Bristol City 6/1 and Fulham 7/1.

And if you fancy a dabble this weekend, BetVictor have Rotherham at 3/1 to beat Derby.

The  Rams even money favourites and the draw is 5/2. The visitors remain inconsistent, despite challenging for promotion to the top-flight, and with confidence brimming and a partisan home crowd behind them the Millers warrant following at 13/2 with BetVictor to win and both teams to score and at 14/1 to beat the Rams by the 2-1 correct score.
