House fire in Mexborough
FIREFIGHTERS put out a blaze at a derelict house in Mexborough last night.
Two crews from Dearne station and one from Edlington attended Bank Street at around 8.30pm.
They found a small fire inside the empty home, near the chimney breast.
They were on the scene until around 9pm.
The fire is thought to have been started deliberately.
