Call to back Rotherham Poppy Appeal
POPPY Appeal organisers are urging Rotherham residents to wear their poppy with pride — and make this year’s remembrance appeal a success.
The Rotherham Poppy Appeal was launched at Rotherham Town Hall by the Mayor and Consort of Rotherham, Cllr Maggi Clark and Mr Peter Clark and members of the Rotherham branch of the Royal British Legion.
Volunteers are still needed to help out with this year’s appeal and “give a little back to those who gave and give us so much”.
