Ray’s marathon effort moves to France
MARATHON man Ray Matthews will take his gruelling challenge of completing 75 marathons in 75 days to France this weekend.
Ray (75), of Maltby, is hoping to raise £75,000 for a specialist playground at Newman School.
He will complete his 49th and 50th marathons in the town of St Quentin this weekend, having begun the challenge at Herringthorpe Playing Fields on Saturday, July 2.
